Terms & Conditions
All materials must be purchased/paid in full prior to delivery any additional material required during fitting must be purchased in addtion to the material quoted/purchased.
Returns & Refunds:
Customers have the right to return unopened/undamaged products in the exact format of sale to UKLS within 14 days of receiving delivery, to qualify for a full refund/ exchchange. Return postage is not supplied or reimbursed, the customer is responsible for ensuring the items are properly packaged and secured.
Delivery:
We use a third party pallet delivery service, we do aim to provide an accurate scheduled date of delivery, however we cannot be held accountable for any delay due to unforseeable courier issue. Delivery will occur during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5:00pm) unless otherwise agreed. The Delivery Driver will make resonable efforts to leave the pallet as close as possible to the property and is not authorised to unpack/hand ball any materials from the pallet. Delivery charges are Non-Refundable.
Damaged Goods:
- The customer must inspect the pallet at the time of delivery and report any visible damage to the driver immediatley.
- The customer must contact us within 24 hours to provide details/pictures of the damaged items within 24 hours.
- The damage will be investigated prior to an exchange or refund being agreed.
Fitting:
We do not provide an installation service however where possible we are happy to provide direct contact details for an independant recomended installer within your area. We can not be held responsible for any agreement made directly with the installer including payment,dates or damaged materials caused during the instalation.
By agreeing to the purchase of goods with UKLS the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
